What is the HOA...

We are a community based on the "U.S. Bi-Weekly" server of the game Strayed. The HOA (Homeowners Association) operates much like a real-world HOA... friendly and polite, yet unwaveringly strict in enforcing its rules. If you've ever dealt with one, you know that breaking the rules can feel like summoning divine wrath.

Our mission is to maintain a peaceful and friendly territory by eliminating hostile players from our area. While we do conduct raids, they are typically aimed at threats within our zone or those outside it who endanger our security. Our ultimate goal is to create a safe haven where you can build, explore, and gather resources without the constant fear of being attacked.

And if ensuring that peace means wiping out every hostile base on the server… SO BE IT.

Think of it as a peaceful stroll through the fields... without the chaos of arrows raining down on you.

We are NOT a Clan...

We are a coalition of clans and squads united by a common purpose. Each squad operates independently, maintaining its own base and internal rules. However, as a collective, we adhere to a core set of guidelines designed to ensure peaceful coexistence and mutual safety. Together, we follow the leadership of The Founder, who serves as a mediator, implements the will of the people, and negotiates treaties with other clans. Our strength lies in our diversity and unity. When one squad is attacked, the entire coalition rallies to defend them. And if a squad falls, the rest come together to help them rebuild and rise again. Together, we are stronger, and so far, unstoppable.

Gaining Membership...

To join the HOA, you must either be part of a Squad or Clan that is already a member of the coalition, or petition The Founder of the HOA directly for membership. Membership isn’t determined by skill but rather by personality and the ability of all your members to follow the rules, cooperate, and act maturely. Please note that we do not accept members under the age of 13.

If your squad is interested in joining, here’s what you need to do:

1. Initiate Contact – Reach out to The Founder to express your interest in membership. If you've been directed here, congratulations—you've already completed the first step!
2. Build Trust – We take our time getting to know potential members. The best way to do this is by establishing a base near our town or compound. Once you do, inform us of your location and check in regularly. We're primarily assessing whether you and your squad can maintain discipline and avoid unnecessary conflict.
3. Prove Your Value – There are many ways to demonstrate your worth, so don’t underestimate what you bring to the table. Additionally, all new members must contribute 1,000 units of Gunpowder per person, which will be measured and collected by The Founder.
4. Final Interview - You must be interviewed and informed personally by The Founder that you are now a member and then added to the Roster. If you are not on the Roster you are not a member.

Follow these steps, and you'll be on the right path to membership.

Where are we...

Core Square: (See Discord News)

Our core square changes every wipe. Do not ask pre-wipe what the new one will be as no one knows. If asked, we will always answer "R10". To learn the location of the core square, please check the discord news, or our social chat groups, or ask a member AFTER the wipe has happened. Our territory will be all squares surrounding the core square totaling 9 squares. Although we prefer you build in our compound.. You can build anywhere within our territory. If you are an ally, you must build in our territory.  If you are a member and choose NOT to build in, or right next to our town (AKA Compound), you automatically get moved to ally status.
